Causes of death that coded in the international classification of disease (ICD10), converted to Murray classification. The coefficients in each of the Murray levels were estimated actual cases death. We compared this estimation to the number of deaths that reported annually by civil registration organization.
Results: 764 deaths occur in this period of time, the biggest causes of death in children under one year is:1. Conditions of  perinatal period , 2.congenital anomalies and chromosomal disorders,3. respiratory disease and 4.disease of the circulatory system. The Murray method estimated 1711 deaths for the entire province.
