fa بررسی شیوع خشونت خانگی علیه زنان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت و ارتباط آن با اختلالات رفتاری کودکان در شهر زاهدان Prevalence of Domestic Violence Against Women Referring to Comprehensive Health Service Centers and Its Relationship with Children's Behavioral Disorders in Zahedan عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه و اهداف: خشونت خانگی یکی از انواع آسیب‌های اجتماعی علیه زنان است که بر سلامت مادران و فرزندان اثرات منفی می‌گذارد. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی شیوع مواجهه با خشونت خانگی در زنان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت در شهر زاهدان و ارتباط آن با اختلالات رفتاری در کودکان انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 454 نفر از زنان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت در زاهدان در سال 1403 انجام شد. نمونه گیری به روش چند مرحله ای بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد سنجش خشونت خانگی علیه زنان محسنی تبریزی و پرسشنامه مشکلات رفتاری کودکان و نوجوانان کوای و پترسون (RBPC) جمع‌آوری گردید. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های مجذور کای و رگرسیون لجستیک در نرم افزار Stata14 تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد شیوع کلی مواجهه با خشونت در زنان و اختلالات رفتاری در کودکان به ترتیب 43 درصد (47/60-38/40 درصد:Cl  95 درصد) و 23/3درصد (27/20-19/40درصد: Cl 95 درصد) می باشد. خشونت خانگی با اختلالات رفتاری ارتباط معنی داری نشان داد (3/52-1/34Cl:  95 درصد، 2/17:OR). همچنین در رگرسیون لجستیک متغیرهای سن و اعتیاد پدر، سابقه خشونت در کودکی والدین در کنار مواجهه با خشونت خانگی مادر در مدل نهایی ارتباط خود را با اختلالات رفتاری نشان دادند (0/05≤P). نتیجه‌گیری: یافته های این مطالعه نشان دهنده ارتباط خشونت خانگی علیه مادر بر سلامت رفتار کودکان است. یافته‌ها حاکی از ضرورت مداخلات جامع و چندجانبه‌ای که هم به زنان آسیب‌دیده و هم به کودکان در معرض خطر کمک کند، تأکید می‌کند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objectives: Domestic violence is one of the social harms against women that negatively affects the health of mothers and children. This study was conducted to investigate the prevalence of exposure to domestic violence among women referring to comprehensive health service centers in Zahedan city and its relationship with behavioral disorders in children. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 454 women referring to comprehensive health service centers in Zahedan in 2024. Sampling was performed using a multistage method. Data were collected using two standard questionnaires for measuring domestic violence against women by Mohseni Tabrizi and the Behavioral Problems of Children and Adolescents (RBPC) questionnaire by Quay and Peterson. Data were analyzed using chi-square tests and logistic regression in Stata14 software. Results: The results of this study showed that the overall prevalence of exposure to violence in women and behavioral disorders in children were 43% (95% Cl:38.40%-47.60%) and 23.3% (95% Cl:19.40%-27.20%), respectively. Domestic violence was significantly associated with behavioral disorders (OR: 2.17, 95% CI: 1.34-3.52). In the final logistic regression model, the variables of father's age, father's addiction, parents' history of childhood violence, and maternal exposure to domestic violence remained significantly associated with children’s behavioral disorders (P≤0.05). Conclusion: The findings of this study demonstrate the relationship between maternal domestic violence and children's behavioral disorders.
