fa بررسی مشکلات موجود در توزیع آب به روستاها– یک مطالعه‌ به روش دلفی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <b>مقدمه و اهداف: </b>مشکلات متنوع از قبیل پراکندگی روستاها، فرسوده بودن تاسیسات آب‌رسانی و پایین بودن سطح بهداشت عمومی، تامین، توزیع و پایش کیفیت آب شرب روستاها را با مشکل روبرو ساخته ‌است. در این پژوهش نظرات افراد با تجربه در بخش کنترل کیفیت آب شرب روستایی با هدف بررسی مشکلات موجود در توزیع آب سالم به روستاها و راه‌کارهای فائق آمدن بر آن‌ها بررسی و جمع‌بندی شد. <br><b>روش‌کار: </b>پژوهش از نوع مطالعات کیفی و به روش دلفی انجام شد که در آن از نظرات 11 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان باتجربه استفاده شد. مطالعه در سه دور انجام شد. در دور سوم به دلیل اشباع نظرهای رسیده و توافق شرکت‌کنندگان، مشکلات مطرح شده با استفاده از روش گروه اسمی اولویت‌بندی شدند. <br> نتایج: پس از خلاصه‌سازی و ادغام نظرات مشابه، مشکلات مطرح شده(27 مورد) در 5 بخش؛ مشکلات مربوط به منبع تامین آب، مالی-پرسنلی، تاسیسات، فرهنگی و برون سازمانی دسته‌بندی شدند و سپس شرکت‌کنندگان 14 مورد از آن‌ها را به‌عنوان اصلی‌ترین مشکلات انتخاب کردند. <br> <b>نتیجه‌گیری:</b> میزان همکاری در این مطالعه 100 درصد بود و مهم‌ترین مشکلات از دید شرکت کنندگان، مربوط به فقدان اعتبار کافی برای تامین هزینه‌های نگهداری و راه‌بری تاسیسات، فرسودگی شبکه‌ها و تاسیسات و انتخاب نادرست منابع تامین آب بود. با سامان‌بخشی، آموزش، بازآموزی و نظارت مستمر بر عملکرد کارکنان بهره‌برداری به‌ویژه سطوح صف، رفع به‌موقع شکستگی‌های خطوط انتقال و توزیع آب به جای تاسیسات پراکنده‌ توزیع آب در روستاها می‌توان بر این مشکلات فائق آمد. <b>Background and objectives:</b> The scattered state of villages both from their geographic aspect and the distance between residential units within a single village has made the task of supply, distribution and monitoring the quality of water a difficult one. Ideas of experienced people in the field of rural water quality control, has been obtained to reach gain a view on existing difficulties in supplying safe water to villages and the ways to overcome them. <br><b>Methods</b>: Using a three-iteration Delphi procedure, consensus was built and measured among eleven managers and experts of rural water quality control. Given the large number of opinions and views ,the problems were discussed and were given priority according to the alphabetical order of the names of the participants.<br><b> Results:</b> The difficulties were summarized as of being, the main source of water supply, economic, human resources , facilities, cultural and extra organization issues. <br><b>Conclusion:</b> The cooperation rate was 100% in this study and most of the problems were concerning no credible financial support in supplying of costs for the maintenance facilities, upkeep of networks and the incorrect choice made in selecting of the water resource.
