fa بررسی روند مطالعات مورد ـ شاهد لانه گزیده و مقایسه‌ی آن با مطالعات هم‌گروهی و مورد ـ شاهد از سال 2005 ـ 1996 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <b>مقدمه و اهداف: </b>با توجه به اهمیت و جایگاه مطالعات مورد ـ شاهد لانه گزیده در تحقیقات اپیدمیولوژیک و روند رو به رشد مقالات مبتنی بر این روش، بر آن شدیم تا پس از مرور اجمالی بر متدولوژی آن، روند ده ساله‌ی مقالات منتشره بر مبنای این روش را ارزیابی کنیم و علاوه بر آن به مقایسه‌ی سیر مقالات منتشرشده با کاربرد شیوه‌های مورد ـ شاهد (Case-control) و هم‌گروهی (Cohort) با این روش بپردازیم. <br> <b>روش کار: </b>در پایگاه اطلاعاتی PubMed با کلید واژه های “Nested case- control”، “Risk set sampling” و “Density sampling” به جست‌وجوی مقالات مرتبط با روش مطالعاتی مذکور از ابتدای سال 1996 تا پایان 2005 پرداختیم. همچنین مقالات با طراحی Case- control و مطالعات Cohort را نیز با کلمات کلیدی مربوط در 10 سال اخیر استخراج کردیم. جست‌وجوی مقاله‌ها در تاریخ 5 اردیبهشت 1385 صورت گرفت. <br> <b>نتایج: </b>با روش ذکر شده تعداد 2011 مقاله با طراحی مورد ـ شاهد لانه­گزیده به دست آمد. در سال 1996 حدود 95 مقاله و در سال 2005 حدود 289 مقاله وجود داشت. برای مقالات مورد ـ شاهد و مقالات هم‌گروهی به‌ترتیب تعداد 68456 و 60479 مقاله به‌دست آمد. تعداد مقالات مورد ـ شاهد از 4378 در سال 1996 به 10270 مقاله در سال 2005 رسیده بود. تعداد مقالات هم‌گروهی از 2981 مورد در سال 1996 به 9771 مقاله در سال 2005 رسیده بود. <b>Background & Objectives: </b>This investigation was prompted by the growing importance of nested case-control studies and the increasing frequency with which they are done in epidemiologic research. After a brief explanation of nested case-control studies, we evaluate the trends in research methodology over the last decade, especially with regard to cohort, case-control, and nested case-control designs. <br><b>Methods:</b> Data for this study were extracted from the PubMed database, using these keywords: Nested Case-Control, Risk-Set Sampling and Density Sampling. The search was confined to the 10-year period from 1996 to the end of 2005. As for other methodologies, we used keywords Cohort and Case-Control for a search over the same time period. The search itself was performed on April 25, 2006. <br> <b>Results: </b>We found 2011 articles reporting nested case-control studies. There were 95 such articles in 1996 the number had increased to 289 in 2005. Case-control and cohort designs accounted for 68456 and 60479 articles, respectively.
