fa ارزیابی روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی چک‌لیست رفتار خطرآفرین کودک (IBC) عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه و اهداف</strong>: در بررسی خطرپذیری کودکان خردسال در ارتباط با مصدومیت آنان به ابزاری عملی و هزینه- اثربخش جهت ارزیابی این رفتار کودکان نیاز است. هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی نسخه فارسی چک‌لیست رفتار خطرآفرین کودک (IBC) است.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> در این مطالعه روان‌سنجی، پس از انجام روایی ترجمه (روش استاندارد ترجمه- بازترجمه)، نسخه نهایی پرسشنامه طی بررسی روایی محتوا و صوری و بر اساس توافق صاحب‌نظران آماده گردید. این نسخه میان 300 نفر از مادران کودکان 5-2 ساله مراجعه‌کننده به مهدهای کودک در شهر تهران توزیع گردید. روایی همگرا از طریق بررسی همسانی درونی با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و نیز همبستگی هر آیتم با امتیاز کل ابزار ارزیابی شد. پایایی پرسشنامه به روش آزمون- بازآزمون با مشارکت 55 نفر از مادران و مقایسه نمرات کسب‌شده در دو مرحله با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی و ضریب همبستگی درون رده‌ای (ICC) مورد قضاوت قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>نتایج CVR برای صد در صد آیتم‌ها، خوب و بین 6/0 تا 1، و CVI کلی ازنظر تناسب و شفافیت معادل 93/0 و ازنظر سادگی معادل 92/0 و قابل‌قبول بود. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، 87/0 بود. هر 24 آیتم IBC همبستگی خوب و مستقیمی با امتیاز کل ابزار داشتند (71/0-32/0 =r). نتایج پایایی نیز تأییدکننده پایایی نسخه فارسی IBC در طول زمان بود (86/0=ICC؛ 90/0=r).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: نسخه فارسی IBC، ابزار معتبری است که می‌تواند در بررسی خطرپذیری کودک و ارتباط آن با مصدومیت‌های مختلف کودکان 5-2 ساله در ایران بکار رود. <strong>Background and Objectives: </strong>A feasible and cost-effective tool is required to investigate young children&#39; behaviors with regard to the risk of injury. The aim of this study was to assess the psychometrics of the Persian version of the Injury Behavior Checklist (IBC).<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: After validating the translation (backward-forward translation), the final version of the checklist was developed through content analysis and face validity and according to the comments of a panel of experts. The final version was distributed among 300 mothers of children aged 2-5 years referring to the kindergartens of Tehran. Convergent validity was evaluated by internal consistency through calculation of Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient, as well as item-total correlation. The reliability of the checklist was assessed through the test-retest method with participating 55 mothers and comparison of the scores of the two steps by correlation coefficient and interclass correlation coefficient (ICC).<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The content validity ratio was acceptable (0.6-1) for 100% of the items, and the content validity index was 0.93 for relevancy and clarity and 0.92 for simplicity. The Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient was 0.87. All 24 items of the IBC were acceptably and directly correlated with the total score of the tool (r=0.25-0.65).
