fa کیفیت بروشورهای داروهای ایرانی و خارجی: داروسازان چه می‌گویند؟ The Quality of Iranian and Foreign Patient Package Inserts: What Do Pharmacists Say? عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه و اهداف: بروشورهای دارویی می‌تواند به عنوان منبع با ارزش اطلاعات دارویی برای بیماران و گروه پزشکی مورد استفاده باشند. هدف این مطالعه بررسی رضایت‌مندی داروسازان شهر تبریز از کیفیت علمی بروشورهای دارویی بود. روش‌ کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی است که به صورت مقطعی انجام گرفت. نمونه مورد مطالعه 170 نفر داروساز شاغل در داروخانه‌های شهر تبریز بودند که به پرسشنامه تأیید شده از نظر پایایی و روایی و حاوی سوالاتی در مورد کیفیت علمی بروشورهای داروهای ایرانی و خارجی، پاسخ دادند. داده‌های مطالعه به صورت میانگین و درصد و فراوانی ارائه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: میزان 42/4 درصد از پاسخ دهندگان از «اندازه بروشور، اندازه خط و نوع فونت» بروشورهای ایرانی و 72/3 درصد از بروشورهای خارجی رضایت داشتند. در مورد ذکر «مقدار و نحوه مصرف دارو» در بروشورها نیز میزان رضایت‌مندی از بروشورهای خارجی بیش از بروشورهای ایرانی بود (0/017= P). رضایت‌مندی از بیان «عوارض جانبی، موارد منع مصرف، نحوه تعدیل دوز دارو در بیماری‌های زمینه‌ای» و «هشدارهای لازم برای کودکان و سالمندان» در بروشورهای داروهای ایرانی نیز به صورت معنی‌داری کمتر از داروهای خارجی بود (0/001 >P). بیشتر پاسخ‌دهندگان موافق طراحی بروشورهای مجزا برای کادر درمان و بیماران بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: داروسازان از کیفیت علمی و وجود اطلاعات کافی و به روز در بروشورهای داروهای داخلی جهت تجویز و مصرف ایمن داروها راضی نبودند. لذا استانداردسازی ساختار بروشورها با بهره‌گیری از تجارب سایر کشورها، استفاده از نوآوری‌های دیجیتال و ابزارهای بصری، اجرای آزمون‌های کاربرپسند و نظارت مستمر توسط سازمان‌ غذا و دارو امری ضـروری است.</div> <pre style="text-align: justify;"> Background and Objectives: Patient package inserts (PPIs) are the accessible source of drug information which is expcted to contribute with the safe and efficient use of medicines. The aim of this study was to evaluate the satisfaction of pharmacists in Tabriz with the quality of Iranian and foreign PPIs. Methods: The present study is a descriptive cross-sectional study. The study sample consisted of 170 pharmacists working in community pharmacies in Tabriz, who completed a validated questionnaire with confirmed reliability and validity. The questionnaire included items regarding the scientific quality of Iranian and foreign PPIs. The study data were presented and analyzed using means, percentages, and frequencies. Results: Pharmacists were satisfied with the size of the PPIs, font size and font type of the Iranian PPIs (42.4%) and the foreign PPIs (72.3%). With respect to the amount and method of drug use information in PPIs, satisfaction was higher for foreign PPIs than for Iranian PPIs (P=0.017). Satisfaction with the expression of side effects, contraindications, how to adjust the dose of the drug in the underlying diseases and the necessary warnings for children and the elderly in the PPIs of Iranian medicines was significantly less than foreign medicines (P<0.001). Most of the pharmacists agreed to design specific brochures for medical staff and patients. Conclusion: The results of the present study demonstrated pharmacists’ dissatisfaction with the scientific quality and the availability of sufficient, up-to-date information in domestic drug brochures for the safe use of medicines.
